DESIGN AND TECHNICAL INNOVATIONS OF THE NEW CLIP INCLUDE:
Over the past period, we have identified minor shortcomings, particularly with clips breaking during installation on wall tiles. To address this, we have extended the base of the clip by 25%, significantly improving stability and durability.
For easier insertion under tiles with a minimal amount of adhesive (less than 2mm), we have removed the tapered section of the base. This eliminates the need for installers to check the orientation of the clip, saving valuable time.
The previous clip body had minor drawbacks, which we have now resolved by increasing its width by 8% and removing the pin. As a result, tightening the wedge by hand before securing it with pliers is now significantly easier.
By implementing these technical changes, we have developed a clip that breaks more consistently and under lower stress, ensuring that it fractures at the very base of the column. This prevents plastic residues from protruding between the tile joints, leading to a cleaner finish.
With these improvements, professionals can expect faster and more efficient application of our leveling clips, making their work easier and more precise.
